Turkey (30%), coconut milk, tinned tomatoes, onions, potatoes, tamarind, plam sugar, vegetable oil, minced ginger, garlic, salt, cumin, coriander seeds, cloves, chilli flakes, star ainse, tumeric, cardamon, cinnamon, curry leaves.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Best oven-cooked from frozen
Pre-heat oven to 170 C (fan)
Remove outer sleeve and pierce film several times
Place on a baking tray and cook in the middle of the oven for 50 minutes, until piping hot
Leave to stand for three minutes before serving
